La Finca Golf
The golf course first opened in 2002
We have two 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments with either a roof terrace or Garden available to rent for holiday and short term
Rates
Each apartment is available from £50per night winter rate,
£70 per night summer rate for maximum of 4 people.
this rate includes linen and use of all facilities in apartment.
A 70 euro fee is payable on arrival for end of stay clean to housekeeper.
15 euros extra payable if arriving after 8pm 20 euros after midnight
Location
La Finca Golf is ideally situated 40 mins from Alicante
The nearest town is Algorfa which is surrounded by orange groves with Mount Escotera as a backdrop. the beaches of Guardamar are 20 minute drive

There is a communal pool which your welcome to use whilst staying . Garden apartment has jacuzzi plunge pool

A charge of 10 euros is made plus the cost of the shopping items

Housekeeping/cleaning is available if required during your stay this will incur a charge of 70 euros payable locally

Our manager will meet you with keys to apartment. Arrival times after 8pm will incur a charge of 15 euros payable locally . 20 euros after midnight

ACTIVITIES
Local to the area there are many activities, golf being one of them, but we do have a cycle hire shop nearby and this can be arranged. Many are now bringing their own bikes over to cycle along the many routes that are available. The beaches of Guardamar are 15 to 20 minutes drive away one of them being El Moncayo. The pink salt Lake in Torrevieja 10 to 15 minute drive away can be entered to bath in the salt and then the mud baths at Lo Pagen half an hour away. There are many other beaches that are within a easy drive.
Local restaurants are available at the commercial center and also in Algorfa.
We highly recommend a car whilst staying to be able to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
